August 8, 2002 To whom it may concern: I worked with Nat Carson for approximately one year at the LDS Church. I was fortunate to have him mentor me in a position that I had almost no experience with. His patience and friendship helped me become a productive employee in a much faster timeframe than even I thought possible. Nat has passion for his work and is constantly thinking about how to improve processes. An avid reader, he scours through trade magazines and understands how different technologies fit together. His honesty about what can and can’t work would be a great asset to any IT organization. I continue to associate with Nat because more than just a teacher or leader, he is a loyal friend and has a fun personality.
